  • I offer individual Art Psychotherapy sessions for adults, adolescents and children. As well as creative group psychotherapy and a therapeutic book club. Alongside clinical work, I also host a reflective podcast exploring themes of emotional wellbeing and creativity. All services are rooted in an art psychotherapy perspective and aim to provide thoughtful, supportive spaces for reflection and personal growth.

  • You’re welcome to begin by completing the contact form on the website to express your interest in therapy. I will respond to discuss availability and arrange an initial session. The first appointment provides an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy and to consider together whether this approach feels suitable. There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial session.

  • My work is rooted in Art Psychotherapy, which offers a creative and reflective approach alongside conversation. Rather than focusing solely on problem-solving, sessions allow space for exploration, emotional depth, and meaning-making at a pace that feels manageable.

  • Individual Art Psychotherapy sessions are offered at 50 per 50-minute session and group sessions are 35 per 1.5 hour group session. Typically held weekly to support continuity, though this can be discussed according to individual circumstances.

    I am always open to discussing low cost or reduced fee sessions. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to enquire about current availability.

  • No. Art Psychotherapy is not about artistic skill or producing finished pieces of work. The focus is on expression and exploration rather than technique. Materials are simply tools to support reflection and understanding. Many people who attend say they haven’t made art in a long time and that’s completely welcome and holds not value to the impact of sessions.
